  • What is the minimum order?
    Minimum order is 1 x 20 ft container

  • Do you accept sample order?
    Sample order is acceptable. However buyer has to pay for the production cost and shipping cost

  • What is your payment terms?
    All payments to be made in US dollars/EURO Dollar/Pound Sterling or a currency converter. We give the following options for payment :
    Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) :Down payment 40%, the balance after shipment, when the copy of Bill of Lading is faxed to you. Letter of Credit (L/C) :Irrevocable L/C at sight 100%.

  • How long is your delivery time?
    Our production process needs 30 - 60 days depends on the type of order and also model of furniture we have to make. But in average we need 45 days to complete an order

  • How do you deal with complaints ? e.g furniture broken during shipment, etc
    Send us proof of damaged / broken furniture during shipment via e-mail. We will replace the furnitures in the following shipment.
